Football Returns!
We know that football is at the heart of our communities and brings enormous joy, friendship and connection for over 1.9 million Australians. Over the past couple of weeks, Football Federation Australia and our nine Member Federations have worked diligently with State and Federal Governments to get you back on the park as soon as we could.
This consultation process has been with the safety, health and wellbeing of all our participants at the forefront. We all want to ensure you are returning to football in a safe environment - whether you are a club committee member, coach, referee, player or volunteer in the many different capacities.
As the guidelines for football’s return differs in each State and Territory, the Member Federations have prepared comprehensive resources including the latest information, conditions and principles following COVID-19 restrictions.
We are delighted to have you back on the pitch and continue connecting with all of us who love this beautiful game. Let’s work together to ensure a smooth transition back to football while keeping our communities safe.
