Activity: 'W' Catch
- Difficulty Level 1: Throw ball in the air or off the wall and catch it with 'W' technique x 10
- Difficulty Level 2: Throw ball in the air or off the wall and catch it with 'W' technique x 30
- Difficulty Level 3: Throw ball in the air or off the wall and catch it with 'W' technique x 50
- Create Your Own!: Perform 180 or 360 degree spins whilst throwing ball in the air and catching it with 'W' technique.
