Goalkeeping - 'W' Catch

  • Difficulty Level 1: Throw ball in the air or off the wall and catch it with 'W' technique x 10
  • Difficulty Level 2: Throw ball in the air or off the wall and catch it with 'W' technique x 30
  • Difficulty Level 3: Throw ball in the air or off the wall and catch it with 'W' technique x 50
  • CHALLENGE: Perform 180 or 360 degree spins whilst throwing ball in the air and catching it with 'W' technique.
