As the Coach Development Coordinator at FFA, Matt undertakes administration and logistics for Advanced Coaching courses nationwide, as well as assisting course facilitators to ensure course experiences are enjoyable.
In addition to his role with the FFA, Matt is coaching within the Sydney FC Academy and also completing a degree in Sport and Exercise Management/Science, with a key interest in managing people and how to bring out the best in them.
Still relatively young, Matt hopes to contribute to more and more people falling in love with the Australian game in the same way that he has.
