It is important to provide an opportunity and learn from existing members (eg. Registrars, Competition Secretaries, Sponsors, Schools, etc...) who engage with your Club.
Distributing on-line surveys to your members on a variety of topics will help provide feedback on current and future opportunities for the Club. It also help provide members a voice at their own convenience.
This will certainly facilitate discussion on a range of topics, generate policy/strategies and solve problems.
Online tools can include:
