Registration Information

REFUNDS

It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure that participants attend all sessions. Missed sessions will not be refunded. If a session is cancelled for any reason, the Program Manager will need to reschedule a make-up session.

In extenuating circumstances, participants can request a full refund directly from the club. To receive the Football Australia/Member Federation fee, participants or the club can fill out the Refund Form.

  • You acknowledge and agree that if you wish to cancel the Player’s registration, you must notify the Program Administrator in writing no later than 10 days after the start of the Program (subject to program duration).
  • You acknowledge and agree that Football Australia and the Program Administrator are not required to refund the registration fee if you have not provided the aforementioned notice.
  • It is at the discretion of Football Australia and the Program Administrator as to the amount of refund given, taking into consideration program expenses and administration fees.
  • Following cancellation, you and your child will have no entitlement to participate in the Program or receive the participant pack. If the participant pack had been received and used prior to cancellation, a refund for this portion of the registration will not be given.
